Our Workout series are a great way to stay in shape and on top of your game.
The offseason is best spent in the gym working on your game and getting yourself ready for your next season! These sessions will put you through drills, competitions and live play to help you reach your goals for the summer.Â
These workouts are in small group settings. The workout will consist of skill stations, stationary drills, competitive games, conditioning, and more.
Our coaching staff will be made up of high level coaches from our team program who will help apply skills learned in the skill work and drills to the competitive play.Â
Sessions will include:Â
