East Bay July Workout Series
General Info:
Our brand new July workout series is designed for Girls and Boys youth players to take their game to the next level!
July Workouts are for intermediate to advanced level players and will focus on individual skills like ball handling, shooting, attack moves and fundamentals through drill work and competitive live play.
Our coaching staff will challenge and mentor players using positive reinforcement and continue to build their basketball foundation to help players get ready for their upcoming AAU or HS seasons.
Boys Sessions
- Location: King Middle School - Berkeley
- Dates: Thursdays (July 10th - 31st)
- Session 1: 6:00 - 7:30pm (Boys 3rd - 5th)
- Session 2: 7:30 - 9:00pm (Boys 6th - 9th)
Girls Session
- Location: King Middle School - Berkeley
- Dates: Tuesdays (July 10th - 31st)
- Session 1: 6:00 - 7:30pm (Girls 3rd - 5th)
- Session 2: 7:30 - 9:00pm (Girls 6th - 9th)
